It's Nearly December

The Christmas season is coming so very fast. I have just added these 3 new dolls. The Primitive Snowlady is made of coffee stained cotton quilt batting, is 28" tall and is dusted with snowflakes (white paint).
   The Santa on the left is 31" tall and dressed in wool pants and a red flannel jacket and hat. The one in the middle is 37" tall with rusty pins and bells on the front of his coat. You can find them all at Lucy's Lazy Dayz Primitives with FREE SHIPPING IN 48 US STATES.

Lots of new items listed this week

 I've listed lots of new items on my website this week. Besides the winter items show above, you'll find new dolls and a few other Santas. There are also some wonderful snowmen listed in their own category.

Finally getting back to work

After a month off, I'm finally getting back to work on my website and markets. The image you see is Gilbert Gourd, a 26" soft sculpture pumpkin man. His head feels nearly as firm as a real gourd (I love the misshaped small gourds).

For all of you who've been wondering, the show in Illinois was some of the most fun I ever had. I haven't even got all the photos cropped yet. I'm writing about it for Rusty Tin Roof and will let you know (and post a link) when it's ready. There WILL be photos in the article and I'll post photos here.
I'm slowly adding items to my website--emphasis on slowly. It's that time of year when I'm so very busy with orders so everything else is slower.
Another announcement. I no longer sell my handmade creations at the Tomah Antique Mall/ Cranberry Mall/
I still sell items at The Red Geranium Framing & Gifts, 800 McEvoy St,  Mauston, WI and it has move into the most fabulous log home with  parking right in front. It's an amazing shop...not at all what you'd expect.

The Grainery - Cranfest weekend

Here's a photo of the sign on The Grainery. We have an open flag we've put out as well to help you find us.
Sandy LaCoursiere (Wild Hare Art) is on the right..this was her vision. Cheryl Schuster (Kindred Spirit Primitives) is in the middle and I am on the left (Lucy's Lazy Dayz Primitives). We have all worked hard to make this a fun place to visit and shop. You'll find original paintings (painted tins, buckets, and plaques as well), handmade signs, rustic pumpkin boxes, and dolls from Kindred Spirit Primitives and of course my soft sculpture creations.

This is only open through Saturday...it's not a permanent store. The directions are in my blog post from  September 26 titled Come to The Grainery Cranfest Weekend. So please, take the short drive into the country and stop and visit.
